The Community Olympics scheduled for July 22-24 in Marshalltown have been cancelled. The athletic events were organized by Marshalltown High School Student Senate members. They indicated low registration numbers as the reason for the cancellation.
The students would like to thank all of the community members who offered to volunteer and organizations which offered to sponsor the games.
