A brief groundbreaking ceremony for the Marshalltown High School Roundhouse renovation will be held Monday, Nov. 25, at 2pm.
Representatives from the school district, architect, contractors, and community members will be on hand to break ground on the project.
The ceremony will include a public thank you to those who generously donated to help build the first weight room. The bricks donated for that project have been preserved and will be used in the new cardiovascular lab/weight room. The bricks are currently being individually cleaned and prepared for installation in the new building.
The public is welcome to attend.
