Latin dancing is growing in popularity at Marshalltown High School thanks to a group of students who meet in a classroom after school twice a week to get moving.
The MHS Latin Dance Group was formed in October by Spanish teacher Charlotte Santana. Santana said teachers were asked by Principal Aiddy Phomvisay to form groups that increase student participation and Santana has done that with this club.
