Marshalltown High School will host an open house and hold several informational meetings on Monday, Sept. 17.
At 5:30pm the counseling office will hold a meeting for seniors and their parents in the MHS Cafeteria. Then, at 6:15pm there will be a meeting about Senior Year Plus and Dual Credit classes held in the cafeteria.
Open house will run from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Parents will be able to visit their students’ classrooms and meet their teachers. Visitors will also have an opportunity to sign up to volunteer at MHS and be a part of the MHS Parenting Network, a parent advisory group that meets monthly in the MHS Library. The next meeting will be Oct. 9, 2012, at 6pm.
Light refreshments will also be served.
