Franklin Elementary hosted a number of “celebrity” readers last Thursday (Oct. 27) during Family Night.
The reading roster included Deb Mettlin from Franklin business partner United Bank & Trust, Associate Superintendent Dr. Susan Pecinovsky, Safe Schools/Healthy Students Coordinator Matt Tullis and Bobby the Bobcat accompanied by MHS cheerleaders.
Bobby the Bobcat and the cheerleaders also visited Franklin during the day to get kids excited about Family Night.
The evening consisted of reading, games and treats in the media center.
